Our data-use boundary
DRP Guard does not sell Customer Content or personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use estimates, images, PDFs, extracted text, DRP or carrier guidelines, labor or specialty rates, vendor pricing, chat text, or AI answers to train shared AI models, build cross-customer benchmarks, advertise, or benefit another customer.
Behavioral product trends
We may use limited feature events, action types, timestamps, device platform, performance, error types, and counts to operate, secure, and improve DRP Guard. Cross-customer reporting is aggregated or deidentified and suppresses small groups. Product Usage Data excludes document bodies, images, extracted values, content-revealing filenames, claim details, DRP requirements, rates, prices, estimate values, chat text, and AI answers.
Service providers
Customer Content is disclosed only as needed to approved hosting, database, storage, authentication, AI, OCR, email, and error-monitoring providers; when the customer or user directs us; in a protected business transfer; or when legally required. Provider processing is limited to delivering, securing, maintaining, and supporting the service.
Security and separation
DRP Guard uses safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, verified database TLS, managed encryption at rest, server-side token validation, company-scoped authorization, private carrier-document storage, restricted browser database access, and privacy-filtered telemetry. No system is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, an appeal, or use of an authorized agent. For content processed for a customer organization, DRP Guard may route the request to that organization and assist it.
